Systematic quality management

Our established QHSE management system complies with international standards
(NEN-EN ISO 9001 and NEN-EN 12798) and undergoes changes required by the parties involved to ensure steady improvements to the system.

The goals of our QHSE system are:

  • to protect the crew on board as well as the land-side staff, the cargo and the ship from accidents and any adverse factors by implementing extremely safe processes
  • to create an optimum workflow aimed at reducing occupational hazards and minimizing health risks
  • to protect the environment by handling the cargo and materials appropriately
  • to achieve the greatest possible customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements to the best of our abilities and on a long term basis
  • to limit potential risks arising from the nature of the goods and shipping which are liable to have dramatic effects in the event of unauthorized use (terrorism deterrence)
  • to ensure strict observance of anti-alcohol and anti-drug agreements
  • to select and deploy suitable staff given that human error is one of the most frequent causes of damage.

TPA staff and the crews on board the ships deployed are committed to satisfying these objectives.
